BG Automation helps authorized users manage and publish content to Facebook Pages. This policy explains what information we may receive through the app and how we use it.
Information we receive
When you connect Facebook to BG Automation, we may receive the information and permissions you choose to grant, including your basic Facebook account details, the names and IDs of Pages you manage, and access tokens needed to perform authorized actions. We may also process the posts and other content you provide for publishing.
How we use information
We use this information to connect your selected Facebook Page, carry out publishing actions you request, maintain the app, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and service providers
We share information with Meta as needed to use Facebook services and with service providers that help operate BG Automation. These providers may process information only to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Storage and retention
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the app, handle a request, or meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, including access tokens, from unauthorized access.
Your choices and data deletion
You can remove BG Automation's Facebook access in your Facebook settings. To ask us to delete information associated with your use of the app, email mahreenfarhanasj@gmail.com with the subject “BG Automation data deletion request.” We may ask for information needed to verify the request and will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
